Multiple lock issues resolved at a buisness

I was recently called out to a business facing three separate security concerns:
1️⃣ One push button lock had a faulty latch that wasn’t springing back after opening the culprit a broken spring —posing a risk of the door not securing properly.
2️⃣ Another push button lock could be turned without entering the code, compromising the integrity of the access control.
3️⃣ Their key safe wasn’t locking correctly, raising concerns about key security.
✅ I’ve fully resolved both push button lock issues, restoring proper function and peace of mind.
🛠️ The key safe has been temporarily secured, and I’ll be returning shortly to install a third push button lock—eliminating the need for the key safe altogether and ensuring consistent, code-based access across all entry points.
If your business relies on mechanical access control, regular servicing and prompt repairs are essential. Faulty locks don’t just cause inconvenience—they can leave your premises vulnerable.
